AdMath – AI for Google Ads (“AdMath”) is a WordPress plugin built by ZeeRankers. This policy explains what data AdMath uses, why, where it is kept, and how you can stop it. If anything is unclear, write to us at admath@zeerankers.com.
What AdMath is
AdMath connects your Google Ads account to your own WordPress website. It shows reports and recommendations inside your WordPress dashboard, such as wasted ad spend, search terms and landing pages. AdMath is read-only. It does not create, edit, pause or delete anything in your Google Ads account.
Google Ads data we access
When you click “Sign in with Google” and approve access, AdMath can read the following from the Google Ads account you choose:
- Your email address (to show which Google account is connected)
- The list of Google Ads accounts you can access
- Campaign, ad group, keyword, ad and search term reports (clicks, impressions, cost, conversions)
- Landing page performance
- Conversion action settings
We ask for the Google Ads permission (the “adwords” scope) only because Google requires it to read Google Ads reports. We use it for reading only.
Why we use this data
We use your Google Ads data for one purpose: to show you reports and recommendations about your own advertising inside your own WordPress dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or to train AI models.
Where the data is kept
- On your website: Reports are requested when you open AdMath and are kept in your WordPress database for a short time (about 15 minutes) so pages load faster. Your sign-in details are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in your WordPress database.
- On the AdMath Connect service (zeerankers.com): Sign-in and requests to Google pass through AdMath Connect, run by ZeeRankers. For each connected website it stores your website address, your Google account email, and your Google sign-in tokens (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), plus the dates of connection and last use. It does not store your campaign reports: report data goes straight from Google to your website. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.
We never sell or share your data
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties. Data is sent only to Google (to read your reports) and to your own website. We may disclose information only if the law requires it.
Google API Services User Data Policy
AdMath’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How to disconnect and delete your data
- In WordPress, go to AdMath → Settings and click Disconnect. This revokes AdMath’s access to your Google account, deletes your sign-in details from AdMath Connect, and removes them from your website.
- You can also remove AdMath’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Click Disconnect before you delete the plugin. Disconnect revokes the Google access and deletes everything AdMath Connect holds for your website. If you already deleted the plugin without disconnecting, email admath@zeerankers.com and we will delete it for you.
Security
All communication uses HTTPS. Sign-in details are encrypted at rest. AdMath Connect only allows read requests to Google Ads. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to fix problems quickly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If we start using your data in a new way, we will ask for your permission first.
